<p>Soon after introduction the vents above the front lower windows were filled in as shown in this <a href="https://lledoshuffle.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/DG41-Casting-changes-to-front-roof-vents.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener">example</a>. The baseplate changed from DG41 to DG41-49 in 1991. The method of riveting the base to the roof was modified during 1993, the rivet head at the base was sited in a plastic washer.</p>

<p>Initially the body had a large rear flange which completely filled the body overhang. When the DG24 and DG25 Rolls Royce models were introduced in 1987, a new smaller flange was introduced to allow the chassis to become a common component as shown in this <a href="https://lledoshuffle.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/DG18-casting-changes.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener">example</a>. A change in baseplate text, DG18-19-22 was made in 1986, followed by another change, DG18/19/22/24/25 in 1987 and in 1990 to read 18-19-22-24-25-38. A steering wheel and seats were added in 1991.</p>
